Tekken 7 release on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4
Here is good news for those who are waiting for Tekken 7 release on more platforms. It is confirmed that the fighting game, Tekken 7 is going to release for PlayStation 4 and PC in early 2017. Bandai Namco US releases a new trailer for the game while confirming the multi-platform release. The Tekken 7 had a limited arcade release in Japan on February 18, 2015, followed by another unfinished release on March 18, 2015.
The Tekken 7 game will feature guest character Akuma, from Street Fighter, as well as new game mechanics and modes. Tekken Game Director Katsuhiro Harada took to the stage to share more information on the upcoming title and had this to say. See gameplay trailer below:
"Not only will Tekken 7 evolve as a competitive fighting game, there is an all new story mode, that transitions seamlessly from epic narrative cinematic to action filled gameplay," said Harada through a translator. In addition, Xbox Live Gold members will be getting a free copy of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 by way of backward compatibility.
For those who are not familiar with Tekken 7, it is a fighting game, which is the ninth installment in the Tekken series, and the first to make use of the Unreal Engine. It is developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game will feature an expanded content, including new stages, costumes, items, and characters.
